Whatever works for you. I used to use Megauirs and still do for certain things. Probably the best "over the counter" car detail product in my opinion.

I use autopiacarcare.com
I get my microfiber towels, (drying and polishing/buffing) and car shampoo from there. Sonus is the name of the microfiber towels and the shampoo.

There are numerous excellent products. Just pick one that you are comfortable with and find the easiest one for you to apply. I've been using Mother's 100% Carnauba Wax (liquid) for years now and it works best for me with an unreal car show shine. I've won 'points' car shows when I had a '95 911 with a $10 bottle of Mother's while the other Porsche owners had hundreds of dollars worth of products. I've won numerous awards with all 3 of my current cars using Mother's. You don't have to spend a fortune. Look at the shine on my '95 below taken in that Atlanta show in '09 (14 year old original paint).

I just used Collinite Paste Fleetwax # 885 best wax for the money imo ,a little more work by hand I use a orbital buffer. Very nice shine and very durable check it out . Also have used Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax ,P21S Concours Carnauba Wax ,Optimum Opti-Seal like the collinite best . I cover it with Pinnacle or P21.

But my next purchase from them will be my actual wax, once it's time to do so...

I have been alternating between Dodo Blue Velvet and Purple Haze on my DIB and it stands out from the other ones that are driving around. It's all about what's under the LSP though.
