I used Zaino for years and wxed over many vinyl graphics. Never a problem and It
won't leave that white film on the edge where the vinyl meets the paint. I say go for it but if you want an 'Official' reply why not email Sal Zaino and ask? I believe
you can find his email on the www.zainbros.com website. Good Luck!

Yes, you can wax them. Care for the stripes the same way you'd care for your paint. I use Zaino, which has a UV protectant in it for those long Arizona summers. Just don't use anything that would be course like Turtle wax or something.

yeah you cant. gotta put stripes on first with no wax on the car, then wax the car and stripes together, i think cause the vinyl wont stick properly to the wax.

When I had some vinyl done on my last car, the graphic guy called me and said "what do you use to wax this car?" and I said, Zaino. He said it took him 4 times more work to get the wax off than any other car he'd ever worked on. He complimented me on the amazing shine, and asked if I could give him the number so he could call and order some. I took that as a pretty big compliment since he is the best graphic shop around and works on many hot rods and custom cars and trucks.

I dropped the Mustang off there today as the stripes are going to be installed tomorrow. I told them right away, I haven't waxed it yet so you won't have the work like you did before! I'll wait until after the stripes are put on for the Zaino treatment
