Rear window defroster?

Anyone here know where to get the stuff to repair the rear window defroster? I need to get my rear window tinted again, but I want to fix my rear defroster first. Btw, is a '99 GT if that makes any difference.

There is a repair kit that you can buy. I know autozone has one.
