In addition to the products being great, the customer service is great. I have ordered from them twice. Both times I received the stuff in 2 days. They get it out to you in a hurry. Also, if you have any questions or concerns you can email them and you will get a response right away. They really seem to take care of their customers. +1 to that. They stand behind the product, something not right, call them, they will fix it in a hurry. I had some minor clumping in the ZFX, they sent out replacement free right away.

My ZFX also dried up. I emailed asking for more detailed care instructions worried that I'd done something wrong in storing it. They sent me a new bottle for free instead. Zaino is great, both the product and customer service.
