The shop that's replacing the hood decal on my Mach sells a product called "Crazy Grape" that is supposed to correct paint. I think it's actually made from grapes. Has anyone else heard of this or anything like it?

I have never heard of it. It is probably not a "scratch remover" but a filler, that hides swirls and light scrathes until it either wears off or washes off.
