Anyone familiar with this Amsoil gas additive??

I was at an F-body show today and stopped by the Amsoil vendor tent to see what's new. This gas additive caught my eye and I bought a bottle for the Trans Am for the ride home. It was $10 so similar to the Techron price. Anyone know if this is as effective as Techron or more like a cheaper gas additive? It says use every 4,000 miles and treats up to 30 gallons. Like I said, I used the Trans Am as the guinea pig before ever thinking about trying it in the GT. Normally I buy Techron for all my rides. Just curious if anyone regularly used this Amsoil or knew about it.. Of course the sales guy said it was wonderful. :rolleyes:

Yeah, I like Techron normally. I remember the days when i owned a C4 Corvette and owners flocked to Techron to keep the gas gauges working. they would always get stuck but Techron in the tank freed them up.
Just curious about the Amsoil. It will replace the Techron treatment for this year in the Trans Am.
