2008 Fuel Delivery Issues
 

My son has a 2008 Mustang GT that died while driving. With the fuel line off the filter, no fuel is pumping between the pump and the filter. This is what puzzles me; why is it that no fuel is being pulled out of the tank?

So far, We swapped the fuel pump, the filter, and the fuel rail pressure sensor. It has spark and compression, but no start.

I have scoured the board to try to find similar issues, but I couldn't find the Right solution yet. I am new to the board; thank you for your help!
