hmmmm . . . well, I guess I would try Cervini's . . . I took a quick look on their web site but did not see "Eleanor tail lights" ; I'd give them a call and ask

Cervini doesn't make them any more. Nobody does. And using the E word is going to get your car taken away and your entire library of youtube regarding your Mustang build deleted, so maybe just don't do that.
