The Cchains DO NOT BELONG but I grew up in the snow ! no I was born in it and I can say at times you have no coice. ie my kid gets sick I'll do what I deem necessary to get him help ! even chains on an 05 GT
Umm, how about putting them on the REAR where they belong?? When I had my Stang it was a daily driver and even though the snow wasn't that bad, the ICE was! Had some tire cables that got me through a couple of winters.

no an SVT Ultra Rare as it would take a SVT team to do it would'nt it ? none the less its a nice Mustang !
I saw these Ice Belt things in some magazine the other day. They werent chains but looked effective.
I think it would work fine, as long as you drove backwards. That way the rear-wheel drive would go to the front tires. That's right, isn't it?
It's a Shelby mule. The 2007 Shelby will be front-wheel drive. :jester:

I was parked next to a Probe the other day, i think its a piece of crap... Anyway, if the Probe was RWD would you like it?
We used to use chains all the time for the fire dept. They worked great. All except for the time the rubber belt holding them tight snapped due to the cold weather and they snapped off and damaged the side of the truck. I much prefer on-spots but I don't think those are an option for the Mustang this year :jester:

maybe...
