Is the Revology Mustang Worth Your $119,500?

What you see before you is the Revology Mustang, and in the words of a few other people, this is as close to a Singer Mustang as you can get. Well, to my eye, it’s not. Having been up close and personal with a Singer 911, this Mustang still has a ways to go.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a complete restomod that I can hammer all day long than what appears to be a perfectly restored classic.

What do you think? Is it worth the money?

A knockoff is a knockoff. No getting around that. I would rather spend my money restoring an original. I have a 67 390 s code fastback. It will be finished shortly and it will have cost me 58K including a 10K paintjob. It is not concours correct but looks and smells like a real Mustang.

There are many companies that have made knockoff Shelby Cobras. Some of them outstanding. When it comes to selling them you cannot get your money back. For some it is a painful lesson. Reason. Its a knockoff.

So $120,000.00 for a knockoff? I dont think so.

If I had money to set fire to, sure, why not? Otherwise, no.

These products have their place. A couple of companies in Great Britain are doing similar things with classic E-type Jags and MG's. Their remakes are extraordinary. There will be a market for them.

I will not be in that market.

Nice car, but the engine choice disappoints me.

I don't think I'd go as far as to say it's a "knockoff" but I also don't think its worth the cost in this case. Could have used just a bit more performance.

I think Jame's May's comment on the Singer 911 sums it up quite well. "It's a love letter, to a car"

I'm sure they'll find enough people to pay the hefty price tag though for a "new" classic Mustang. I'll definitely never be one lol, but I'm glad this exists.

I could do a whole lot to my '73 for $20K and build a garage to keep it and several others in for half what they want for the Revology.
