problems with SCT tuner

I couldn't find a voltage chart for the 4.6 3v MAF ( voltage x housing size = airflow put simply ) so I'm hesitant to say what 1.8 volts should equate to (seemed to me the range was 1-5 volts) but if the engine is idling steady and the MAF voltage is steady then the meter would appear to be working correctly. (that still doesn't account for any leaks past the MAF if they exist)
Yeah fuel pressure seems erratic, it should be holding steady at an idle (maybe 2 psi change as it idles) so that's where I would concentrate.
Before checking the fuel pump check the operation of the fuel pump driver then move onto the pump.
Also do you know if you have any sort of fuel system modifications like a voltage booster or different pumps?

ok so, i cannot find a voltage booster ANYWHERE on this car lol also there is no piggy back pump on it.
i'm going to ASSUME that its an aftermarket pump.
when turning the key to the ON position, you get the initial fuel pump noise and then a constant whine after that. is this normal?

so heres a thought...i did just replace the spark plugs, but not the coils...
could it not be getting enough spark and i'm actually drowning in gas???? but the spark isn't there when i give it throttle??
therefore, its showing that its running lean because its not burning the gas, which is also causing it to stall out???
hmmm...
well i have a new set of msd blaster coil packs coming for it tomorrow, and a new Walbro 255 pump coming as well. just in case.
one way or another this **** car is gonna be running by next weekend lol

Stock coils usually work pretty good, be sure and dump the KAM ( keep alive memory) when you install the new coils. Your tuner can do this, just dig through the options.
Now that I think about it, dump the KAM anyway and see what that does for you.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a way to test the fuel pump driver, but your pump shouldn't run continuously once the system has pressurized since its a return less system.
Ford has a manual specific to solving fuel system problems ( as part of a broader electronic controls and emissions trouble shooting manual ), unfortunately it doesn't seem to be as widely available as the factory repair manual ( read parts swapping manual as the repair manual just refers you to the other manual when it comes to diagnostics)
I'd hate to see you throw a lot of money into parts trying to fix the problem. You might be money ahead talking to say Vortech or visiting their site and see if they have a troubleshooting section or whomever you got your tune from .

The constant noise on the pump is very quiet. Is this still a problem?
And apparently there is some sort of booster on it for the pump. However its not a piggy back pump and there isn't a voltage booster between the pump and fuel cutoff switch. So idk where it is if they even put it in. I'm beginning to think its a stock pump and that's why I've had problems even though it was okay before

guy at a procharger shop said it sounds like i'm on the right track.
i left the tune on it, and reset the KAM, and its doing the same thing.
next thing i'm going to do is disconnect the air inlet pipe at the maf from the supercharger, run it on stock and let it basically run as if it just had a cold air intake. see if it'll run that way. if it does i'd assume its not telling the engine to up the fuel.

begining to think i have an ignition problem...took out those brand new spark plugs and they are black as hell. granted they are champion double platinums, and it had ford racing plugs in it. however i cleaned and put the old plugs back in and its doing the same thing still.
everytime i give it throttle it stalls out, and as soon as i let off it'll catch back up and resume idle. eventually it'll die though.
bad spark? plug gap? coil packs going bad?
i'm still lost

Have you gotten a chance to datalog the vehicle yet? I think this is going to be a great key in finding the problem here. It sounds like a fueling issue to me. Coils are usually pretty straight forward, they either work or they dont, you would be getting misfires on one or two cylinders, but not all of them at the same time. Were all the plugs black? Where did you set the gap?
