Added a new mustang to the family today, granted its a lil smaller but its still a Mustang

So I thought i would share a little project of mine. My stepson just turned 4 a few days ago and he's a HUGE mustang fan, so this was his big bday surprise.


Tore open the box and I was shocked at all the pieces. Time to get started!



Starting to look like a mustang now



Took some time but finally got it all together



Decided to take it out to the garage and add some power to this machine (or at least look like i did) ;D

I may have gotten a little carried away here BUT I added taillights & headlights

Now how do I get him out of the thing? Guess I'll wait until the battery dies

As for the Camaro, that's his Pop-pops(he's a Chevy man)

 

those lights make it quite a bit safer to i bet!!

 

Thats exactly what I told his mother, and now that she is sold on it being safe....I will upgrade it to 18V

Dude! PowerWheels makes a Blue Boss Mustang! We have them at work and I am so tempted to jump in it sometimes. Your version is pretty killer looking!

 

Forgive me for necroposting, but a*few weeks after this thread came to be I gave birth to my daughter, so naturally I'm looking forward to buying her all the cool big kid toys. I want to get her a mustang powerwheels of course, but I do not like the new models. I like the 05 front end, as the 2010 front looks funny to me IMO. I noticed that you have the old front on the new model while the new front is laying in the back of the pic. Did it come with two, or did you hafta order it? I assumed that I would have to a purchase previously owned model, but yours is new.

 

I thought I'd seen it all until this. Mustang enthusiast modding PowerWheels for looks???!
