It always comes down to municipal economics doesn't it. This probaly explains why in less than a week I got two citations on two different cars for crap like this.

They might as well spell it Brain, Leo has been for the last month or so

That certain "crew" you were talking about was what I was thinking when I read it. It's still major
anyway you look at it. Just because someone has aftermarket equipment that the cop isn't trained to tell if it is or is not illegal, except an O/R pipe too obvious, doesn't mean the person is street racing. If they get away with this and can justify the overtime how long until another cash-strapped city does the same thingHey!! can I beg for a poster too...
I'll probably want to do it after I'm done with this round o' mods but still I've been needing one for awhile now.
