JonCo, you're getting closer! Make sure your installer stays on track and gets you done that first week of April.
I know dude, I cant believe I did it... I really cant Ha. The gauges you have. Mech or electrical.

And another question for everyone. Whats the difference between the two besides the name. I figure electrical is more accurate?

I completely forgot about that...

I'll be putting the pressure next week. He said all he needs is a GOOD 3 days to do everything dyno and all. If he can get me in tuesday of that week I think I'll be in good shape.

Now I dont even know what to do about entering the show... Ugh...

I have it saved on my computer. I'm a little dissapointed right now. And anxious. This car better go in that week and be done in the 3 days.

More spending If it wasn't for this forum who knows how much money I would have saved by now ?? probably pay for 1/2 of a supercharger !

Congrats Jon. The wait must be killing you, then on top of that you've got pressure to get in before a show. Argh. I hope when my time comes it isn't like that.

Glad you asked about mech. vs. elec. gauges, electric full sweep, duly noted. Thanks !

Bill That Canton stuff is just You're gonna need to pass out welding goggles when you open that hood at shows LOL

Speaking of which, couple of days ago I said I hope I didn't jinx myself.... well I did and I'm at least a week delayed. Good thing it wasn't my fault but the financial institutions, well let's just say they screwed the pooch on this one. You'd think that they would check their work before they cut a check, but NooOOOOoooo

So since it's been a few weeks since my last mod I'm thinking of the eBay key and the autovation pedals, which I believe would be my first real interior mod of any sort.

Isn't there a chip inside the key that has to match your car?

Yah. All you have to do is reprogram all the keys. It's in your owner's manual.

Ah much better with the antenna. That stock thing is just ridiculous.

What did you use to clean the engine bay? Looks good.

Your going to hunt down the answer to that question?

I was wondering if it would look bad for now to just install the a/f between the two a/c vents and later add boost and fuel pressure in a SOS pillar. thoughts?

Very nice Luis, good J.O.B. Mr. Bill. I purchased a 14" replacement at first (I would have sent that to you if I had know you needed it) and then I switched out to an 8" which is perfect and still gets outstanding and perfect AM/FM reception as far as I'm concerned.

Luis now you need a CAI for that beast of yours, see I can help you spend $ easily as well pal! Your friend here..................................

Mechanical boost, electric fuel. The difference is electrical uses a sending unit inside the engine bay to supply a source to the gauge inside of the car.

Remember, with independent installers...... GOOD 3 days = 5 normal days.
