But when the "other" vendor does the same exact thing they all jump onboard and fluff the guy. Shaftmasters tries it and gets vilified. I stopped going there after the dyno-day fiasco and bannings. I recently started lurking just to get some info. Who needs the that forum anyway.

Biggest S197 groups, my a$$. Biggest clique, maybe. What is it with that mentality ?

Brian- Much better avatar! My eyes were bleeding on that last one.

Leo- Give me a break. I can't believe I read the whole thread.. thats 3 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
The best line was, "He doesn't realize that he just pi$$ed off one of the biggest S197 groups on the planet!" They have the 'biggest' S197 membership? I thought TMS trumped the rest?

Dang, I'm up late. 2am over here on the east coast, just finished my Mustang paper, and only have two more class periods until SPRING BREAK!
After a week with only about 10 hours of sleep, I deserve some time off!

Finished them. Enjoy it cause they suck! Haha, I had NO social life for a year and a half while I took those and Differential Equations. Amoung the science classes. It feels good to have no math and go out with friends!

Guess that's not too bad being your first time on the track and this CS being your first manual trans car. Congrats!

This is on my agenda today to fix all those links.

Surely you're not referring to us guys here in POTR!

Tried going to that thread to read your response, but it's gone.

C'mon Jon, keep up!

I'm 99% sure that I'll be sticking with 18's.

That thread on S197 bashed Shaftmasters, it was basically a lynching.

I am trying. I take a few hours off the TMS and I miss some action. Hah.

I'd stick with 18's too. I'm thinking about selling my 20's and going with some 18's for ride comfort reasons and performance. If only money grew on trees. Lol.

Any ideas on what are some nice rims out there? Black spokes with a polished/chrome lip? I'm up for suggestions.

On second thought, skip it as its not worth it, I wasted way to much time over there.

Oh its gone, thats a laugh, probably best it is. It was a good example of S197Forum "One of the Biggest S197 Forums on the planet" ignorance.
I tired to read but it was closed. Oh well. I never visited that forum. I read through a few thats not one on my list.

... but what is there is a thread on vibrating Spydershafts (not poking fun, but factual).

According to their homepage, it looks like they're 500+ members strong!

Not bad for your first time especially with a stick.
