Ponies on The Run (Again)

Thanks for the pics... The tires look great. For 285s they don't stick out as much as I would expect. Should be able to post the pics from Leo's car this evening.
Phil, you'd get plenty of direction Bill makes you do all the work.... ask George

Live from MacWorld
Hey guys having fun here at MacWorld. I saw the new Mac "Air" a ultra light weight laptop. I think I'll do a tower! More news a little later right now I'm in the Microsoft Blogger Lounge.

Good news Leo.. Came well packaged and the finish looks to be powdercoated and not the cad finish like the website shows, it actually looks pretty good!

For you Leo..
Here ya go!

Tire pics. I didn't have a lens on the camera to properly take the pics, so I gots what I gots...
Funny enough, if you look at the pics that Bill posted there is one about pics of the paparatzzi... I think I took my pic of taking the pic at
close to the same time.

On the homefront.. I went to Lowe's today looking for longer Grade 8 bolts, found them, but the thread pitch was incorrect.
I'll try another hardware store tomorrow.
Worst case, I can pick up the 3/8-16 bolts from Lowe's and get the matching Stainless Steel locking nuts (these are SS color; no Grade 8 locking nuts in 3/8-16).
btw, Pam said your specs look like 'old men' glasses!

You think that whiney thing sounded better??
Actually, both sounded different in person... the camera's mic distorts the sound.

Brian- I think Leo's tires look more flush than mine actually. I'll be looking at getting the backend realigned Thursday. Might look at little closer to flush then.
Either way, a problem did exist at the time. Get the new updated tune yet?
According to your sig, you have an APB. Guessing you'll be doing the alignment, right?

490 is an awfully respectable number. If you get close to that or more we expect to see some video, like the photoshoot.....
My fingers are crossed for you. It's great that it came down to something simple just a shame all the BS you had to deal with to get it figured out.

remember he has the spacers too. It just shows me, unfortunately, that when I go with a bigger tire that I need to deal with the panhard bar or it'll all look "off" I was hoping that it'd be a non-issue. Hey, it's only money, right ?

Bill you crack me up!
Thanks Leo! I would love any assistance I can get, it will make things go that much faster. Do I need any additional nuts or bolts or do we reuse existing hardware, and do I need to bring any tools? This will all kind of depend on my wife's scheduling needs. I hope it will all work out time wise.

Not too much money though, especially in comparison to the tire money.

Bill-All those pics of them in the box and not one of them installed?
The finish on the PH and PH support look awesome. Maybe I should have my LCA's PC in that color.
Jed-Pam's right those are some old man glasses.
Ray-I think Bill's got you covered on the tools. The swaybar delete uses exsisting hardware. You got the BMR one right? Make sure to bring some rags or something to wrap up the swaybar so you don't scratch up your trunk and back seats.
Tom-I think we need some vids of you putting all the HP to good use.
BTW-I've had a fever since last night. I'm feeling a little better right now but I should be good for this weekend.

I'm saving that install for Saturday (don't want to feel left out! )

Don't forget the swaybar.

We have all the tools (except for that 28mm wrench )
Good idea on bringing something to wrap that swaybar, maybe an old bedsheet?

Good luck with that request.
Everyone knows that all the great movies are made in SoCal.
