Even though I have this emblem for sale, I don't recommend it for your plenum cover; too much PBF sayings in one spot.

I don't know about those. Too much red?
I really like the MWAG covers, gives it that nice 2-tone. The only whole painted mirrors that look okay are the one's from Agent 47 ($$$$).
OK I was just asking on the mirror. I was leaning towards the 2 tone Midwest version myself. And seeing that we can't see the other side of the install you are probably right Leo in I wouldn't want it.

Bill I’m going to go the less is more route with my emblems. I was just getting wound up I guess.

And guys, UPS tracking is telling me my C&L CAI and SCT/BAMA tunes will be delivered tomorrow. Yippeeeee

I'll install them both Saturday afternoon after I get some errands done in the AM.

Thanks a lot for all your thoughts and suggestions, you really help this newbie guy out.

And was that Tom who just jumped in the fray? lol

Hi ya Mike, thanks for the welcome.

Where ya at here in Texa$$ lol

Boy there are a bunch of left coasters not sure we can give them a run for there $. And my biggest problem is TacoBillster, the trouble maker for me. He and that Torch Red Shaking Garage Queen GT. And to think he has a blankee (cover) on it while its sleeping in the garage. How nice Bill.

My Metallic muscle is sitting here at work in the garage keeping an eye on about 500 other stinkin cars. But I have the best parking place in town, I need to take a pic of it you won't believe how good this parking space is. lol

Thanks again Mike

Leo and I were talking about panhard bars and were both considering the BMR ones. But, they seem to be having some issues with the bushings basically disintegrating (also on the LCA's).

Leo, hear anything about whether BMR fixed this issue with them?

Nope. Only thing I've heard is that they'll replace them hassle free.

Wow...you guys have been posting like mad since last night. I wake up today to find 3 pages of stuff to read.

Phil- Good choice on the emblems. You never want to take it too far, and that plenum cover looks great as it is.

Bout time to start more cleaning work on the car for the show Saturday!

Bill that pic looks like that bar has been getting exposed to some elements, not sure what but it looks corroded on top of the bushing disintegrating. Wonder if those non daily drivers such as your garage queen would have as much issue with disintegration. The pic just looks strange to me. Hey your the inspector, you must have some thoughts lol

That one guy's cracked bushings I posted up just switched over to the CHE bar and other suspension components. 8k miles so far and claims to be trouble free.

Apparently, this was the 2nd set of BMR bushings.

I'm just wondering if this incident is isolated.

Hi ya Kyle. some people are going to wish I never came across this place. Well it’s all Bills fault that’s all I can say!

And my parking place is so good there are cars all around me but on my left side I have this huge structural pole for the parking garage and my right side is curbing. So they left this one parking space so well protected on each side. I will say its a bit of a walk into work but its so worth it lol I also get to work every morning between 6:30 and 7AM, usually closer to 6:30 so there aren't to many folks around

I'll take a pic tomorrow and post it up, I think you all will approve.

Kyle thanks for the thoughts on the emblems, much appreciated

Regardless if it's a DD or Garage Queen, it' shouldn't be like that. Those poly bushings should be able to withstand the harsh environment, at least I would think so.

I kinda like the CHE polished bar. Attachment 27601

Bill-A guy in my club has CHE LCA's,UCA, LCA Relo Brackets, K-Member w/ Torque limiters, Adj Panhard and maybe some other stuff I can't recall. Point is he said he hasn't had any problems and hasn't noticed any NVH from any of the parts. Whenever I get around to Suspension parts they'll have my consideration.

Me too. I'm not totally stuck on BMR, just want to avoid issues and even though it's covered under warranty, I hate having to take stuff off and on.
