Welcome aboard Phil!!

Get used to the assault on your pocket book by Bill.
When you get out to CA you ought to make sure to give us a shout, Bill and I are closer to LA, but a trip wouldn't be that far of a stretch I would think ? Right Bill... You might be able to hit 2000 miles on the TR

I don't know... that's a far drive going back and forth to SD again.

I think I'm at around 1200+ right now. Even a cruise to SD won't crack 2000!

Hey speaking of SD did you see the Irwindale thing that rrobello posted. Looks like fun. I sent him a PM and barring something from happening I'm gonna go. How many times do you get to say you lead your car on a parade lap on a speedway ??? (wish I had the O/R pipes on though)

Beautiful house...and car Phil. Welcome!!

This thread is a handful to keep up with so good luck! I just got done cleaning my engine bay for a few hours and came back to a ton of new posts to read.

Be careful Bill, you're going to get Phil in trouble before he even gets his feet wet here.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

I have a Hurst shifter that should be here tomorrow. I also ordered a Redline shift boot and armrest cover that should be here within the next week or so. Then....I need to find some money!

Oh yeah, that be rain! It started just as I was drying my car, so I gave up. It rained off and on all day today. We need it I guess.

Hopefully it won't be raining tomorrow so I can actually get her ready for Daytona Friday!

Thanks to Leo, the trim is on my newly cut Shaker shroud!

I think it came out rather fine if I say so myself.

btw, I installed the scoop after I took these pics. Won't be installing it until next weekend though. And don't worry, all the little stress cracks in the plastic are filled in with super glue and covered up by the scoop, won't see any of it once on the car.

Looks way better without all the plastic. No offense Tom. Yours look good as is since you still have the stock intake.

I think we got the wrong car if we don't like plastic.
