Ponies on The Run (Again)

Yeah, not much on the fake scoops either. I am undecided about hood scoops right now... But I would love to get a Steeda cowl hood, I like those. I wonder if you could get hood pins in black chrome?

Daryl here's a few pics of VB stangs I'm quite fond of. Have you considered only removing the side scoops and leaving the 1/4 window scoops on?? What about the center fogs?http://forums.bradbarnett.net/attach...0&d=1172930778

Although my car has add on scoops and louvers, I think the Mustang looks a lot cleaner without them, and was originally designed that way for that reason. However, it does stand out from the crowd as being different than most every other Mustang on the road and turns a lot of heads. Originally, they were put on in an attempt to resemble unique cars of the past. Specialtly Mustangs of the past often had fake scoops.

One good thing about todays aftermarket scoops is if you get tired of them, you can easily take them off. (Unless of course you have a shaker, although that's one mod I wish I did instead of the fake hood scoop)

If I take one off, I will take them both off. Center fogs are OK, but not an option for me.
Now this is one mod I will NEVER change my mind on. I still love the look of the Shaker as much as I did the day I first saw it. (Although the shroud is ****ing me off )

So I take it your waiting to see how my shroud turns out before jumping on board?
How do you guys think it would look if I left the Mustang sills on and only trimmed the vertical areas of the shroud???

Try leaving the sills on and if it doesn't look right you can always cut them off, but it might be hard to put them back on.

For anyone else considering doing the Shaker mod.
I got a pm from new forum member (MrJunebug) telling me where to score some of the weatherstripping. Here's the link.

You should be able to find what you need with those 21 choices.

Brian-Here's a teaser pic of what your car will look like with a ducktail and chin spoiler. I know the rims are different but close enough.

This guy will draw your car for $120. Not sure how big the pic is but I'm assuming it's way bigger than 8x10.
