Problem is when I had the X-Pipe fixed I think the guy welded it in place on the bottom side leaving the top clamps in place ?? I think, I'd have to get new pipes back to the Mufflers... god I hope not.

Nice avatar, Tom!
Brian, Just one peak at your underside and I'll be able to tell you if you can do the H swap.

I need to take some freeway action shots/vids too. Problem is, I need a chase vehicle armed with a camera.
Tom, whatever happened to more pics of your car besides the one in your driveway?

As you all know, I've been tossing the idea of the light bar back and forth since I bought the car. Here is another one not made by CDC:

Chuck (Boltzman) just installed one, so I can check it out next weekend. Here is his thread (and more pics):

Then, would I get it red?? The piece it touches is charcoal:
EDIT: Definitely charcoal, not red.

Charcoal it is... I called Steve to see if I could still get that $300 deal. Hopefully he gives it to me. If so, I'll order it Monday and have it in time for FFW. With that kind of deal, I don't have to wait to see yours!

It would be no problem switching over to an O/R pipe if you want. Your FRPP X is just a forward of the mid-pipe clamps.
This pic shows the X kit.
.. And this one shows the X in place. Note the 2 supplied clamp locations.
The X actually gets installed between the mid-pipe clamps and the converters, which all gets replaced when you install the O/R Pipe.
So as you see, it doesn't matter if the supplied clamps are removed and welded instead.
The forward section of the pipes still get attached to the exhaust manifold by the flange backing plate and nuts.
So, when are you going to buy Tom's O/R-H?

And these aren't Roush biased car shows, either.
Aeroform: $300.00 shipped.
CDC: $429.00 + $36.00 shipping.
If you do want it Brian, I was going to sell it for $100 to somebody that would pick it up. Even if you paid $30 for shipping it would still be $50 cheaper than from Brenspeed (with no waiting period). I would have to take it to The UPS Store to have them weigh and measure it because I think it's too big for USPS shipping. Let me know - basically, the pipe-bending oil has been burned off of it as far as "wear" goes.
BTW - I think you need a new avatar - I bet most people think your car is GO!

If it's something that it looks like I can swap easily then sure I'll bite. I'll PM or post once I take a look under the car and see if it's possible. Man it'd be cool it if is

Cutting another hole:
Attachment 20242 Attachment 20243
Not quite as big as the last hole I cut into a car, but a hole nonetheless. There was already a tiny hole there where the wires originally ran through back in the day, but I needed it big enough to fit a plug in and out when I want to hook up the light bar at a car show. Now I just have to find a 1 1/2" hole plug.
I had to break a brand new Dewalt jigsaw blade in half so it wouldn't go through the headliner.

Back from Tom's house for his supercharger install party. 3 4.0's were getting the X-Charger treatment today.
Custom tuning was done by the man himself, Doug from BamaChips!!!
Leo, Brian and myself had the pleasure to meet and talk to him.
Doug is the one with the X-Charger shirt.

Bill vs Leo
Well, it happened on the way home today.
Yes, it was an illegal street race in Long Beach.
Both of us at the redlight and waiting for the GREEN.
Light changed, I jumped ahead of Leo and smoked him big time!
All that track experience couldn't help Leo today. Like others before him, he fell prey to TacoBill's GT!
(Waiting for Leo's excuse... )

Sounds like a fun day. Doug looks younger than I imagined him to be.
How much is 'big time'? A car length? 2 car lengths?
A good race would be me and Leo. Curious to see if the manual can out perform his extra HP and less weight.

It's a lot more than a lightbar install... it's freakin' everything!
It will all be done tomorrow and I'll do better than pics. I'll have a daytime video showing all the functions (with no lights), and then a nighttime video showing all the lights.
