Well, here are the chrome taillight bezels for your review.
They fit perfectly, not at all like the V-Tech brand that I first had from Summit. They are thinner than the V-Techs and that's why they don't hit the bumper at the corners. They are also way thinner than the black ones, but I think we all agreed that the chrome would look stupid if it was wider.
That said, I think they are very tasteful and really add to the retro look without adding any bling. Here are several angles and a few with one on and one off. They are just laying in place, so they aren't on correctly and may look like they are crooked:
Attachment 20110 Attachment 20111 Attachment 20112 Attachment 20113 Attachment 20114 Attachment 20115 Attachment 20116 Attachment 20117
Like I said before, they don't stand out nearly as much against the white as they do against a black car.

MWAG has raised the prices on the Radiator cover extensions. Good thing is anyone who ordered before the increase will still get them at the old price. I'm so glad I didn't wait now.

There's a few regulars here, just here to have fun and talk Mustang stuff that doesn't quite fit in anywhere else. It's an ongoing soap opera!
Remember, all flaming is done in good fun.
I guess Leo's referring to me.

Louvers -
good idea, but picking the right ones is the trick.
I'd say CDC or SHR depending on how much work you want to do.
I vote SHR... If I wanted them that is what I would get.
Really even if he only uses to travel to shows when his car will be free of dirt. I said that like his car is ever really dirty.
Shorty headers (Make the engine bay look nicer) -
just askin' for leaks.
I doubt that there's plenty of people that have changed out they're headers and haven't had any problems.
Powdercoating Valve covers -
don't see them good enough with the shroud.
Once again I have to admit your right.
I think you are wrong there. When I saw Bills and pictures of ya'lls engine compartment I thought "Nice... But why didn't they paint the valve covers?" Especially with Bill and all the shows he does.
SSE center foglight grill (Would look amazing with your stripes) -
no way... too close together.
I have to disagree. I've seen several cars with stripes and the center fogs and think they look awesome.
I never could figure out why so many people are so hot for these...

I like the way it was done on that car with the GT in the stripes. I think they went well with what he did. They are not for me though.
I have seriously considered doing them but between the lack of funds and the driveway it ain't gonna happen. I some of the pony Tri-bars that have been done but I think I will keep my GT for now.
I would really love to see this or a set of covers that emulate the aluminum finned Cobra covers. I love them!

I'm sure the 3M would hold it but do you really want to risk it?? FYI Mine is installed with just the screws. I recommend using only the screws because after time dirt and other crap will accumlate and it will be visible on the tape. Don't worry about not having the third brake light right away. I got mine 2 months later. You'll want to tint the windows before installing the third brakelight anyways.

Anyway thinking about it ghettobooty, I think, had the SSE ducktail at the Bumble Bee cruise and you could see that it was starting to come off the decklid that I don't like. So if I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it right and bolt the thing down. Did you say that the template I needed is with the ducktail or I need to download it. Without that template it'll be difficult to nail down the places to drill (I can't believe I'm thinking/commited to drilling my deck lid).
I don't think I have ever read this thread until today. Lots of good info.
