My dots are yellow - I guess the color of the material before painting. So I'm through the primer. If they stay like this, it's so unnoticeable. If they start getting worse, I guess I'll qualify for a replacement.

Quick show story...

So yesterday I was standing by my car pretending it wasn't mine and a this one guy and his friend came up to the car. Guy #1 then proceeds to go on a rant about how the shaker shroud is ugly and covers up the beauty of the engine. Then he goes on to how it's not a true ram induction system blah blah blah. Like Bill said yesterday it was probably "DirtySanchez".

Yes, that's what I meant.. It was directed to Tom, who doesn't have a single Roush piece (except for the trunk lid sig).

Congrats Chuck, on your 1st Place finish!

Yes, Brian! Got 2!!
My plan is/was to keep 1 under the Christmas tree and 1 to sell. My brother-in-law, Kevin, also joined us in line to get one (to sell).

Let me tell you, we all froze a little ***** off! We're such idiots.

Being a softy, Chris is already playing the Wii.

That's a great deal! I'm glad I switched mine over to Moleskin.

I knew it Bill. You couldn't make him wait till X-Mas. If it's makes you feel any better my grandma gave in and let my cousin play it as soon as they got back from the store.

1st Place finish at Sunset Showdown

Really guys, I wasn't expecting a 1st Place award, maybe a 2nd!

Seriously, there were 10 other great looking Mustangs in my class, each with their own personalites.

Here's a few pics of the guys I went up against, and of course, my money shot!

Yes, we (Chris and I) were burned out big time (from the Wii all nighter), but still had a great time at the show.

(just checking to see if you're awake )

Where are the 10 cars?

Honestly Bill, I would have voted yours 1st place too. I was unimpressed by the other cars. No I am not biased I just didn't like the stuff on the others.
The VB was ok but that Front Fascia and wheels
The LL is just took plain
Where was your easel and trophy display at the show Bill ?
VORTECH on the front fascia
Lambo doors
I liked the PW with blue stripes though
Sorry if I offended anyone, especially if they are TMS members, just stating my opinion.

Well, I took pics of the ones that looked interesting, guess I should've went down the line and snapped a pic of each one. There were several Satin Silvers in my gorup, guess I got confused!

Thanks for the vote, Daryl!

Forgot to bring it. Darn it!
Seems like the ones who show off their previous winnings don't fare too well. Maybe the voters think they have enough?

Like I mentioned, lots of 'personalities' out there.
(Yes, I'm being nice )

I drive to work and I miss so much! All the cars looked great - a small part of me even likes the vertical doors. Congrats again to Leo and Bill for the trophies!

I won't ever put trophies on or near my car - it looks like you are showing off and I think it turns off the judges, too.

How are your shock (strut) tower covers, Bill? Any marks?

Thanks Tom. I agree about the whole trophy thing they should be kept at home. I like vertical doors and they don't look bad it's just I don't thing they belong on a Stang. A Corvette maybe but a Mustang.

No marks of any kind yet. But, I've only driven with them on for maybe 30 miles.

I'll keep any eye on them for sure.

I have one (from my first show) on Chris' desk in his room and the other 2 are still wrapped in that plastic packing sleeve in one of those goodie bags on the floor.

Where do you guys display them?

I've got mine on my computer desk. Once I have a garage they'll go in there on a shelf of course.

Congratz to Bill and Leo. Seems TMS has baddest stangs
I do agree Leo,that once you get new rims and tires that you'll be winning a lot more..Just don't park next to Bill or the judges will go spaz

P.S. why does Nintendo call it Wii ??
