Ponies on The Run (Again)

As much as it hurts... bring your camera and take some pics. Of course, it's for us to see. But, they may get nervous of why you're taking pictures. Serves them right!!

Unless they damaged something there won't be much to see in the pics as the glass has already been replaced. Either way I'll take you advice and bring the camera with me. I'm sure they'll be shocked to see me since I didn't give them any indication that I'd be in the area tomorrow.

This kid up the street from me, his dad opened up a lease on an H3 for his 16th birthday present. When he showed up dressed up as a chicken for Halloween, I said "Dude, you drive an H3 and you want candy from me?"

Just got back from the bodyshop where they have my baby. She very dirty and decklidless. I took some pics but won't be able to post them untill I get home. The guy at the bodyshop showed me footage that there security camera captured showing the glass shatter. What happened is that they had the decklid open while pushing out the rear windshield and the glass guys coworker closed the decklid catching the bottom of the glass causing it to shatter. The guy inside the car cut his hands and probably would have had serious injuries if not for my window being tinted which kept it from shattering all over his face. So in all that commotion the glass scratched the **** out of the freshly painted decklid. So now I won't see my car till next week. Can it be any worse? I'm sure it could but it doesn't make it suck anyless. I'm just glad I'm not working as I wouldn't be able to focus on anything.

Leo, hope they straighten everything out for you!

For everybody that thinks the Shaker is purely cosmetic - you are all wrong!
In my case, with the stock air box making the shaker tube a "closed system", when ever you rev the engine, the air box gets COLD air from the outside of the car. Bill, for one, didn't think it would even pull air from the tube, but this video is proof that it sucks air right from the shaker opening - making it FUNCTIONAL! (for me at least)
Feel free to show this video to anybody that thinks the shaker is cosmetic only!

Here are my brakes after a few trips around the block. It took more braking than I thought - and you can smell the paint burning off! All the slots and holes are now black and the pads take care of cutting a nice straight edge. I polished the inside and outside of my rims and they look like Leo's paint - at least I put a shirt on for Bill.
The rears still need some braking to clean them off - but a trip to work and back should take care of that!

Thanks Tom! It was extremely distracting in your other photos as all we saw was frecks n' nips.
Yes, put the hood down. Hey, isn't that what I told you to do when asking how to shoot the video?... to eliminate the drive accessories from blowing the tissue or rags?

Tom, I just noticed that you have wheel locks. Do people rip off wheels in your neighborhood or at work?
