So I take Brian didn't butter the floor or anything?

I bet y'all checked the toilet lid before you flushed though

Sure was a fun day. Nothing like spending a day with mods, great food, and some brew

Brian - Thank you for having us over. The food was delicious as always It's always fun hanging out with everyone.

Me and Leo proceeded to take out my front swaybar after Jed, Kevin, and Bill left. It probably took longer to take off the wheels then to remove the swaybar.

The verdict: I can tell the difference. Turning is a little more mushy but I have not lost confidence. Just, don't expect me to run hard around canyons It's really not bad at all. I noticed the difference at launch. Really does make a different. I'm happy with it. Looks like the swaybar is staying off!

****, I missed some good looking food!

I dropped off the Stang at ST Motorsports today after work for the blower install.

Here's what it looks like!

Thanks to those who tried to get me a deal on the install. No deal, I'll have to bend over big time for this. It sounds like it will be ready for pickup on Wednesday.

Special thanks to George for giving me a ride back to my pad. It was fun cruisin' in the PJ.

Great news Ray... No one ever said it was cheap to get it installed. But if you want it done right, it's at the right place. (Bill I'm not knocking RET, they'd be able to get it done right too).

Glad to hear everyone had a good time. Mom & Dad love being able to entertain.

On a slightly sour note

Looks like the clutch is toast. Leaving just now and coming home I thought the car felt different. Took it slowly up and down a couple streets and in 2nd and much more in 3rd when I nail the throttle the rpms go up but the car doesn't accelerate. It does slightly but that's it. Just driving around normally it's alright but if I want to nail it, you can feel it slip.

So it looks like I might be doing that before an ice-box and right now, I'd say no-go on Barona. Maybe the burnouts did her in, the last one bunch of tire spin and no smoke.... maybe it wasn't tire spin like I thought it was ?? I dunno. Maybe, maybe driving around will help seat it again and all will be well but I think I'd rather be safe than sorry and stranded somewhere.

Brian, did you smell something like burning brake pads...a little acrid? I've been ripping around lately to blow off steam and that smell kinda trails with you...especially when you're stuck at a stop and after spinning the tires? Now you're getting me worried!

When I first saw your Glassback at Sunset, it really looked sweet. It still does! Now, you're going to be able to see sky real good as your neck snaps back when you floor it...

that sucks brian, but on the positive note, you can get a clutch that will stand up to lots and lots of runs and burnouts, and much more powaaaa

Good morning L & G's! beautiful Sunday morning in SoCal! Beaches reported to be 81 degrees today! Feel sorry for the you guys on the right coast. I'll make sure to have a Mai Tai for you to ease that chill!

Gee, thanks for the pics.
Its really not all that bad here today.
The snow has almost stopped and it was the first snow since about Tuesday.
Only about another 8 inches and a balmy 27 degrees.
They say it will stay above 0 until Wednesday.
