Nobody every said whether or not they added an oil filter re-locator, or not.
I'll be trying to get the dual one to fit tomorrow (if I can find a good place to mount it).
Maybe I'll be able to find a good place where air will flow over the filters so it will act a little like an oil cooler as well.

Tom looks like your going to have the same mod as this guy. I thought about doing this at one time, it still floats around in my head. But sometimes I felt is was overkill. During my research I saw these high powered magnets that you wrap around the filter that I am going to do. I like the design of this Dual oil filter system, I haven't been able to find it online.

Mine won't be in the engine bay, though.
See, there is about 1/2" between the oil filter and wastegate. That's as good as a mile since it all moves together.
It gets kinda tight when you are changing filters during an oil change, so I figure I'll put on the relocator and I won't have to worry about it again. Plus I'll now have a 7-quart oil system with the added FL-1A size filter.

Like a true junkie I'm already looking for my next fix.
Thanks for the info.
Looks good now you just need to clean it and get some hood struts.
Install was cake. Few bolts and then bleed the brakes. Couple of hours. I've been indoors all day working on some projects so I have no time behind the wheel except for the quick drive on my street to make sure the car would stop once I pressed the brakes, lol. Tomorrow I'll give them a run for their money.
But like I said, my first impression of them is fantastic. They're just much more responsive now. A lot less pedal travel. And they look awesome behind the rims. For Birthday/Christmas I'll get some C/D rotors to match the rears. Would also like to get a bracket to make the rear brakes also 13/14" whatever size I can find. So it's a little more even looking(front and rear).

That day started at 4:30 a.m. for me, drove down to the San Diego show: Mustangs By The Bay, first time for me. As all these stangs rolled into this island park. I notice we woke up the bumbs Not trying to be heartless but it was stange all the guys we leaving the park because of the incoming heard of ponies. It looked like a scene out of Dawn of the Dead scary.
