Yeah the rubber part came off the blade.

It's more of a feeler. Assuming I get someone to bite I'll more strongly consider the SHR option. Slowly but surely I'm leaning towards them. I do like the CDC but I like the flush more "oem" . Only thing really holding me back is the hassle of finding a shop that I trust to do the job.

At least I'll know it's getting installed right (under the eyes of Taco ). Go for the bling I'm going black crinkle.

Better check it out before spending $$ to p/c them.
From what I remember reading the only difference is there's one or two less bolts in the 07+ cam covers. I believe it will still fit the same. You can do an up close comparison next time you've got your car next to one of ours.

FYI-Powdercoating qoutes from a couple shops that I've called is between $90-$120 for the pair. Install is real simple Luis you could easily knock it out yoursel using Bill's how-to. That's how I did it last time.

Which is not me.
You mean like this one? Hahaha! just joking my ride is far from perfect, I don't think it will ever be because then I wouldn't drive it. There's just far to many things to do then there is money to spend on mods

Any Donuts & Derilick guys out there for tomorrow? Maybe afterwards we can go The Park Bench in Huntington Beeatch for breakfast?

I know last munute but that makes it exciting

If we go to D & D we should leave Torrance (aka R & R) @ 5:30 a.m. Even than when we arrive the lot will be half full. That's acceptable and the donut line will be semi short. Hummmmm donuts! I think I'll get a powdered sugar twist you?

Leave D & D @ 8:30 - 9:00, breakfast at The Back Portch (This might not be open), say be back in Torrance at 11:00 - 12:00.

Having trouble getting on at work again, so it's impossible to keep up with SCPOTR.

I did beat a Honda CBR 600 last night. Well, I didn't really beat him in a race... but he took off from the light (on my left) like he thought he had to in order to get in front of me to make a right onto the Turnpike. When he saw he couldn't get in front of me safely, he sped up, but I was flooring it in 3rd by then and he knew he couldn't make it without having to really slam on the brakes to make the turn. He threw up his hand and had to get behind me.

On the Turnpike, he flew up next to me, gave me a and then took off. And, yes, it was a thumb... not a finger.

Bet that doesn't happen to him very often...

Even the CBR 600 could have blown me away if he took off. I just caught him way off guard.

I hate that area... it's so much fun to do that kinda thing there before getting on the Turnpike. It's a long straight stretch, but the speed limit is 45 MPH. And you can imagine how fast we were going if I was WOT in 3rd.

oh yeah, the cbr 600's are unbelieveably fast, and the 1000's are just that much more, I think 0-60 on a 600 is somewhere around 3 seconds, if you can shift fast enough. good thing no ticket though!

doubt he was wearing a helmet like the last one though...I thought it was funny
I'll take it down if they're offensive

Hi everyone..... just checking in. Finished spending about five hours waxing/polishing the car..... talked to the photographer, he's leaving Detroit at 3am and will be here tomorrow morning at 6am to begin the photo shoot. I'm kinda getting excited, the car hasn't looked this good- well, probably ever. New vinyl + super wash/clay bar/wax/polish = sexy LOL.
