I'm able to get close to 25mpg on the hwy, but with a 15 gallon tank, it seems to go pretty quick.

What a waste of time! A line to get in and not much to see. Be careful at night!

Nothing beats roaring down the strip in the PJ. listening to the exhaust echo off the buildings!!
The girls loved the ride! oops did I mention that I left the wife at home
Nice! Took your secretary out for a spin right?

George, you have one of the coolest Mustang out there

It's because of your stock wheels.

What I know about my MPG: Fill up the tank when it's a quarter low

I was kinda pissed that I had to stop on my way up to the mountains a couple weeks ago, lol. Stopped halfway there and still was out when I got there! Hell, I just barely made it back in one tank, it was packed full when I left, that's for sure.

From here, goin' to the ocean then to the mountains and back home...
Don't even take 3/4 of a tank.
I love it here.

Ouch!

I just got my gears installed yesterday and between yesterday and today, I am still getting around 21 MPG... Granted, I am not driving very fast yet either...

LOL!

Apparently, it's good to break them in slowly... That's what the sheet said that they gave me... So I am following their instructions! Good news is that I already have about 200 miles on them, and they recommend going easy for about 500... A couple days to work and back next week will do the trick...

+1 on the gears Jay !!
Just when ya think we're all done with mods on our cars....

I haven't given the Mustang any mod love in a while, I should pick something small and install it.

Thanks!

Yep, so far, so good! I have about 350 miles on them since the install (I have been driving the car to work, which is getting me through the miles pretty fast) and haven't heard anything! *knocks on wood* And I have been listening for ANYTHING! I have driven with the top down a few times too, just to have a better vantage point...

And let me tell ya, it's been super hard not to jump on it! I can feel the extra power just *wanting* to go! LOL! The one thing I have really liked so far is that it has made my mufflers sound a bit better (deeper), since it is in a different RPM range now... I am really liking that side effect!

Pick up some nice interior stuff from SHR...

And unlike y'all that did quite a bit back when you got your cars, I still haven't done everything I have wanted, but now have been able to start affording again (getting married and buying a house took priority for a couple years)... It's been nice to do stuff again! But I do need to hold off a for a bit, I got new rims/tires and now the gears in the last couple months... That should tide me over for a little while... Unless I find a great deal on something...

What up fokers? Spent the past 4 days driving a honda civic rental while on vacation in Santa Barbara. When I got it in the Mustang this morning It felt friggin awesome. I guess an extra 4 cylinders and a supercharger make quite a diffrence.
