Thanks!

I did have a nice tint until a CHP officer decided to pull me over for that alone.

I'll have to get it re-done.

I'm up for an over-nighter cruise/trip to some casino or winery. If just a day cruise, that'd be cool too.

Good to hear you got Bertha's issues ironed out.

Stripes.. Good luck man from the bottom of my heart. That front bumper nose is the absolute worst to stripe. It will be a true test in patience.

Great video Dan!

If there's any complaint on the Stingers, it's the interior resonance at highway speeds. It's loud enough to drive you nutz.. but that's the price we all pay for sounding badass.

Good call on the CDC Classic chin spoiler.

For your daily driver, I would think twice about the Shaker hood. There's just something about a hole in your hood and rain (or carwash) that won't blend well if you care about how your engine bay looks. If not, the Shaker is hard to beat in the looks dept.

Had Chris help me with it's final semi-synthetic oil change yesterday. It's time for him to learn how to change oil in the Mustang.

I went with the Motorcraft 5W30 semi-syn (same as past couple oil changes) and a Mobil 1 oil filter.

By the time the next oil change rolls around, I'll have over 4k on the new motor, which means the green light for full synthetic.

Also loaded the Agressive Tune in preparation for the Dyno Day this Saturday.

That's the main reason I haven't pulled the trigger on them and one of the reasons I love the GTA's... They are a little quieter, but at freeway speeds, they don't resonate at all! I really just need to hear them in person to see for myself which ones I would like more...

Also, if you guys get a chance, I posted a couple shirt designs I came up with over in the art section:

Definitely. Under load, the bass resonates in my ears and it is quite loud. Like you said though, it's the price you pay to sound great. I hear you on the Shaker hood, hadn't really given my engine bay's cleanliness much thought at this point since it's well-kept but modification free. Maybe a Steeda 2.5" or Kaenen 3" cowl hood might look good. I'll have to take a look at some in person before making a decision.

Looking forward to your dyno results!

If you think just the Stingers will drive you mad, you should hear them mated with the O/R-H.

It's stupid loud, but I love it!

Dyno.. I'll probably come in at a tad over 400 rwhp. I hope.

Nice! I have the FRPP X-Pipe and GTA's (same setup as the Shelby GT's) and I really like it, except it seems a tad quiet on just normal idle... When I get on it, it sounds pretty good, but I would like a little more rumble at idle and normal driving, but I don't know if I would give up having the no resonating part... Decisions, decisions... LOL!

That's easy Jay, leave it alone. Most everyone that sells their Stingers thought they could handle the resonating sound, but it get to them after a while.

So if you like the civil highway sounds of your setup, don't mess with it.

Well, that was easy...

I still would like to hear them, otherwise I'll always wonder... Ahh, one of these days...

If you can find a set of Stingers on the cheap, and know you can sell them for the same price or more, then go for it. Then all you're in for is some minor labor installing them and maybe shipping costs.

That's what I have been looking for... If I liked 'em, I could sell the GTA's, if not, I could re-sell the Stingers... Either way, I wouldn't be out much money... But each time I saw them for sale, I usually didn't have the cash to do it initially! LOL! Isn't that how it always works?

I already have my own checking account...

It's what I was going to use on a certain mod which I still don't know the status of...

It definitely comes in handy! The hard part is saving enough money for the bigger mods!

Brian-Glad to hear you got Bertha sorted out.

Danny-Car sounds great. Don't do the Shaker we've already got three guys with Shakers in the group.

Bill-I'm down for a cruise anytime. BTW- Noting wrong with a Shaker for a DD.

Been awhile since I typed the following words....NEW MOD ALERT!!!!!!!!!

This may have already been talked about at some point in this eternally long thread, but who is going to Fabulous Fords on April 25th?

Bronco AC watch: I just recharged the system. We'll see how long it lasts. Day 0.

Bill, Luis and myself are in for sure. Not sure about George, Brian or Jed.

Played with the iPad today. I have to say it's not just "a big iTouch/iPhone". Can't put it into words other than awesome.

Sweet. I'm gonna try to make it if I can.

I read that you tried out the iPad on FB. Sounds like you had a good experience. I haven't had a chance to try it myself but I did see it on my on-campus Apple store this morning. It looks like it's a nicely designed piece of hardware, but what's the real draw? It can't multitask, use CDs/DVDs, it offers no USB ports, and has no front facing camera for video conferencing, all which can be had on a netbook for a similar price point. Maybe you can give me some insight as to what you liked until I give it a try myself. This is coming from an early adopter of new technologies and a MacBook Pro user.

I'm slated to go and roll with Hillbank but one one's called me so not sure if I'll do it with the ROUSH or the Highlander.
