It's at 10 psi now, and since the future of Techco is uncertain at this point, I may have to custom machine a pulley to get to 12 psi.

12 PSI is the goal.....

Any chance the Saleen and Techco pulleys have the same bolt pattern? Saleen's got sizes from 2.6 to 4.0 I think.

I only say that because I thought the tech guys from Saleen went over to Techco. But it may not have been during the R&D phase though of the new blower.

Hard to say.....Steve Saleen (SMS) now has a blower that looks an awfull lot like the techco...I wonder if those pulleys will interchange.

I wonder if you could get a blank from them and then machine the holes to fit. Just a matter of them making the right diameter pulley then.

The diameter is the easy Part....if need be, I can turn mine down and have it re-hard anodized.

Problem is, I would have to pull mine off while it was being done and it's been down long enough already....
I'd rather buy another one and machine or copy that one.

SMS Supercharger (Look familiar?)

Okay, upon closer inspection....although the new SMS supercharger certainly LOOKS a lot like the Techco...it is actually very different....
I bet the pulleys don't fit either.

Leo said he could hear the races from where he was...
Man I so wanted to go to this event I had a Corral Pass too. But duty called and I had to work both Sat & Sun. Great pictures Koji...so are you going to buy her that Cobra.

Next week is a Navy air show at Miramar NAS, any of you locals going?

Sal since you're going into the pumpkin are you going to upgrade your carrier also? Maybe a TruTrac system>? I plan to do 373, TT carrier and new ROUSH/Mosser axle shafts.

What? Rayman and Steve are shakin' in their pants...

Thanks for the compliments on my little girl - you all are supposed to say she takes after me. And Ed... Busoms? WTF, dude?

I had mentioned to Leo they saw their first spinout/crash at Coronado. Didn't have time to answer him and because my camera was in partial operation mode, I missed the spinout impact - but here's what the saw:

Thanks goodness he wasn't hurt - except for his pride and wallet. These were all beautifully maintained machines.

Just a couple more:

Jed, I wanted to go - also to the Mustangs by the Bay but will have to pass on both. Little Jack wanted to see the Blue Angels... and he was referring to you while we were walking around on NAS...

As for that Cobra - Chris is gonna buy that for her with daddy TB's wallet... Nah...

Wow Mustangs by the Bay this came as a surprise. This is next week I like this show but I think I'll pass this time. That Airshow sounds like fun, I remember the last time I went getting out of there is a beeatch traffic wise. During the B1 bomber takeoff it set off all of the car alarms in the parking lot.

If you install the Coast, there's a couple things you have to do.
  • Pound in a small section on the center tunnel
  • Relo the e-brake cable bracket
IMO, I still think you should have funneled all this mod money into a set of stage 2 heads.

3.73's I can see, but the rest is overkill since you don't run it at the track. But.. if you got the dime, why not.

Read somewhere about the DS install, yes, you are correct. thank you.

I got it from some pretty fast 3 valve people that heads and cams were a waste of money on the street.
...they said the stock heads and cams were good to over 800 HP on a boosted motor so why bother?
The heads and cams going on my motor came off a 302 like mine making 570-RWHP SAE.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a735oLblpXQ

That's plenty I think.
