Looks like my gripes about getting a used kit were a bit more dramatic than necessary. While the injectors and some hoses, clamps etc were missing. In the end it only cost me a set of plugs and $60 for the misc stuff. With that said the original seller is sending me a set of 39# injectors that I'll be able to sell and recoup most of the money. So it's ok to buy used just be extra careful.
Sweet! Can't wait to hear your impressions of the system and boost.

As to be expected things aren't going according to plan. At first start they discovered a fuel leak coming from the spot on the fuel rail where they welded the bung for the fuel pressure gauge. That should a simple fix but they told me they'd call me and let me know once they're on the dyno so I can head over their way.

Jon-Are you disappointed with your Vortech? Reason I ask was because I saw you voted "Leo will be think what a waste" on Bill's thread.

Man, the stock fuel rail is thin metal. I explored that option for my sensor, but decided against it.
I hope they weld it right and account for the Shaker shroud.

I think he's joking. Jon praises his setup so I doubt he thinks centri's are a waste.

Hey, Leo said it, I was just reaffirming the fact.

Good thing I got my car back before today's pick up or I wouldn't hear the end of it.

Lol, i was clicking around the buttons and thought I selected the first choice, turns our it just highlighted the answer but it was never actually selected. Lol

I love the whistle this thing makes at idle. Its so subtle and awesome. Its not like a procharger, loud and obnoxious(no offense to anyone who has one). Just not my cup of tea. This is actually one of the reasons I even wanted a centri s/c to begin with. Lol, sounds silly but its true.

Yeah, I'm happy with my set-up. I don't WOT in the low gears. I normally punch it on 2-3rd to have fun. I played alittle in 1st gear today and... I definitely need some new LCA's. I can't plant all the power. Heck even 2nd gear can be a handful.

For what I paid for the kit I'm really pleased with the results.

I'll be honest, if I could have afforded a TS or turbo system I prolly wold have gone that road. But the extra $$$ was out of the question.

My entire system new, polished , i/c, diablo mafia, ht0 plugs, black silicone hose connections etc... ran me ~4k. A TS/turbo was another +2k. Anyways, for a 20yr old college student I think I', doing just fine. Haha.

Lol, when I quoted Leo... I thought to myself the same thing. Lets be nice. Leo's so excited he can't even tell the difference between genders anymore...

Hopefully he doesn't put the moves on her
