Great, now all the people at work won't stop talking about it.

Oh Yeah Saturday is now 50-50 for me. I *might* get my replacement wheel from American Racing tomorrow, was supposed to be today. They said if not Friday then Saturday. Been driving around on the dummy spare and I am really getting tired of it.... not too sure about showing up to a show with a dummy spare on the drivers side front wheel.

kewl. Washed the car today in hopes that I'll get the wheel. It should all work out. Apparently American Racing sent the wheel via UPS to the dealer. I would kill for the tracking #. I'd know if they are BSing me and at least when to expect it. with the dummy spare I've been scraping the chin left and right. The car is lower now with that stupid thing and I am OVER it. argh.

But heck, at least I'm getting a new one from the Mfg. This is only a slight inconvenience.

That post was disturbing to read, especially on a car forum.
If it were posted here, I'm betting Tom would've deleted it.

Can't you call AR and get a tracking number?

Consider yourself fortunate.

The poster of that topic is brilliant! Look how many pages that thread has gone for something he obviously totally made up.

even fake the audi one made me laugh. You just want to believe that people are actually that dumb. speaking of which, I've got something I gotta post, but can't right now. but here is a tease

Buick Grand National and HUGE like 24+ inch rims.....

Saw it the other day and tried desparately to get a couple pics catching up to him. They aren't great but still.

and if I could get to photobucket from work, I'm in the same boat now Leo, I'd do it, ahem, in my free time.

I do... I do. It could have much worse and something more critical than just a wheel.

That being said, I just talked to the guys and I have my wheel !!!! So I get to get off the dummy spare tonight after work. whew.

and what's this.. no posts since 8 this morning, do you people actually work on a Friday ???
<edited to add that on the main page it shows Kyle's post as the last post even when Tom posted at 1:30.... >

POTR I'm looking to replace my Hurst shifter, all bolts are tight but I can pull up on the thing about a 1/4" and it moves inside that spherical joint thingy, I'm going to send it back for warranty and then probably sell the replacement. I'm thinking of going with the MGW, is this a good choice?

MGW ? is it better ?? Absolutely no doubt, 110% better. The MGW is so much more solid and built incredibly well. It's hard to convey it in pictures, once you get one in your hand you'll understand. I wish I had spent the money on the MGW first instead of driving around with the Hurst. I would not hesitate to buy another one for the next Mustang I buy. You simply cannot go wrong with MGW.

DO IT!!!! (where is that gif when you need it... George, Jed ??)

Sure am.

I haven't been over 50mph in the last week and it's killing me. I'll probably get a ticket on the way down
