Tom Outstanding. Waaaay better than the wheel only pics previously. It makes the car look more aggressive than before.

1.5 Leo!

--------------

Thanks everybody! I agree they look a lot better than the black bullitts. The black bullitts are a great looking rim, but these go much better with the Mach 1 theme.

What about the center caps? I didn't point them out... but nobody mentioned them, either. They aren't bad, but they are just plain. My Tri-Bar Pony center caps are a totally different design and wouldn't fit.

Should I leave them like they are? Or get an emblem of some sort to put on the cap? The cap is unique in design and can't be changed.

I didnt mention the cap but did ask what would be done. If you could I'd replicate the original magnum 500 red center caps.

I'm just now catching up on the 3 pages since last night. Honestly though, I was just about to comment on the center caps.

IMO, they are a little plain. Maybe you can get a custom decal made, either a tri-bar or something else??

Just some constructive criticism. Otherwise, I think they look great.

-------------------------

Leo, either 1 or 1.5. Definitely not 2, as it's a little too wide for the medallion.

I'm a little biased toward the pony, but I know that Tom1 is a little biased against multiple ponies.

Random question. Whats the widest tire I can put on a 20x8.5" rim?

You type horribly Brian

Something on the centercaps is a great idea. Never thought about that.

Leo 1.5!

On the Run Flat kit I have two inflation kits, they are sitting in my livingroom right now I'll sell one to Leo and the other one is reserved to TacoBill. Then we can buy 3 foam holders and split the cost. How does that sound?

Side note I'm cookin tonight Pork Chops & Stove, (Ray knows what that is!). It's a Dutch potato dish.

+1 on the 1.5 Leo

The wheels look great Tom. I think I would try to do something for the center caps. I think they look fine as is, but would look better with a design.

Looks like Ver. 1.5 is the clear cut winner. I'll 3M it permanently tomorrow.

Bring the inflation kit with you on Saturday and I'll give you the $$ then. You guys are a bad influence. The tire inflation thing wasn't even on my "mod list". To good a deal to pass up though.

Leo, #2. Not a big fan of the vertically placed letters/badges.

Or, just keep the pony- can't go wrong there.

Permanently tacking it down without the Taco vote?

Don't think too long.. not worth it.
You'll need 2 extra donor 18" factory Bullitts to be hacked up in order to widen your existing wheels. Width growth goes inwards, leaving the offset the same.

I like it.
Perfect place to put my detail bag next to it, leaving my trunk space completely empty.

Leo, have you weighed our spare tire to see what kind of weight savings we're talking about?

.. it does look like a duece! A mean one at that!!

Going to seperate with the other key cover? If so, I'll take it.

What ever happened to Jon? He never did post up any pics of his Vortech HO system or the strut brace.
I'm throwing up the flag until we see photographic evidence.
