I have to go back to work today... I guess that's a good thing. I was happy about it until I woke up this morning!

I'll post pics tomorrow of my auto rear windows. They really work great and should have come that way from the factory.

Actually, we really only use the button to put the windows up. As soon as you hit the button to lower the top, the car puts all 4 windows down at the same time before the top even moves. Same thing when you push the button to put the top up. First, it checks to make sure all 4 windows are down before it starts moving the top. Kinda neat.

Mike - Any reasoning behind KdF? I know it isn't your initials. Sent you an email, BTW.

My new feature presentation is up on YouTube! Poker Run 06

I sent this link to my club President to see if it's cool or inappropriate. If the latter, I'll remove it, so better go check it out now before it's gone.

Believe me, he was not happy about the tour being cancelled less than 24 hours from the event. He was like..

Our club did a great job pulling what would've been a somber day into a fun cruise day. Big kudos to our President and staff.

Yes, work sucks, but we need the bucks.

Post up a little video of the switch function. Let's see it in action!

Where's Leo? I'm starting to miss his 20+ posts a day.

And Susan, it's been a few days for you. You know that you're supposed to check in. We're going to have to mark you tardy.

Now that sucks, but a typical UPS blunder

Good luck at work tonight Tom, take it easy and don't injure yourself.

The guys aren't letting me do anything! That's a good thing, but I feel useless. I am walking around more than I would at home, though. We had a 101 (ride went down) 30 minutes after I got here. That just required walking over to the ride's control tower, clearing the fault, and doing a quick reset... luckily it was an easy one.

I have a short week this week... 3 days. Next week I only work 4 days (I have off Halloween). Then the following week I have a full 5 day week. So I'm easing back in.

I'll try to do that tomorrow, but I may wait until my wife is home so I can run the buttons while she shoots the video. I'll probably end up doing it Wednesday.

OK I'm back finally. I had attended a friends wedding yesterday and today's been spent watching football. The wifes car threw a check engine light and stalled out on me today. So I'll have to leave it here in LA and drive back down tomorrow with the stang and my SCT so I can check the trouble code. I hope it's nothing expensive. I'll probably get the stangs trunk problem fixed while I'm at it. Awesome weekend ruined.
This blows. I hate dealing with car problems.

Bill-Do you have any mechanic in the area you can recommend?

Check out what we got for the Borlas! (Mike paid $320)

Not too, too bad for the Ford Racing exhaust, either...

The MACs have 7 days left, so they should get close to $300, too. (I hope)

I bet you took the Mustang to the wedding, huh? I know your favorite part was firing up the pipes at the wedding and the drive to the reception.

Sorry Leo, don't know of any good shops around here. Most shops I know of wear a mask and carry a smoking gun.

*Leo was in my area and I have no Adam's spray.*

No actually I was in the wife's car. Remember I posted that her car broke down this weekend which is why I had to drive back to SD with one of the in-laws cars. So the wife's car is still in Hawthorne. I don't drive the stang down to LA unless it's getting something done to it. I.E. Intake install,O/R H install, or getting the decklid repainted for the thousandth time.

Tks.

I was but I didn't want to ask for the in-laws car. I'll probably be in the area again during the weekdays since I have to drop the stang of at the dealership. I'll give it to you then.

BTW-Awesome vid looks like you had some fun.
FYI- DonW won the bracket races friday night.

Let us know what you find out what happened to the Escort. I think you'll be able to clear codes through the XCal2, so hopefully, you'll be able to start it up and get it to a shop or Dealer.

I know you mentioned a while back that you had to leave your Mustang at the body shop while your spoiler was being painted? I wonder if throwing on your factory spoiler back on and just drop off the ducktail is an option?.. So you don't have to leave your car there.

I was just messing with you on the Adam's spray. I can always drive to your in-laws in Hawthorne after work.

Gotcha! You hit the nail on the head on that one!

Off topic, remember the tint scratches I said I had? Turned out that it was dried adhesive streaks from the velcro glue! A section of the velcro has started to droop down a little exposing the sticky adhesive. I used some Goo-Gone to clean off all the exposed glue off the wiper channel and window tint. We'll see how long this lasts.
I will be switching to moleskin if the velcro fails again.
