My Brother-in-Law with the Nikon SLR took a few more pictures of my baby.

They came out really nice, had to share!

Good luck Tom, I'm sure you will do as well as our Cali Brother Bill.
Bill NOTHING beats a SLR when someone knows how to operate them. They just create effects no Digital Can.

Thanks all!

My travel agent booked us with Alamo, that means GM and Chrysler.

Oh well! No Mustang Vert for us this time.

I'll drop in if I get the chance and torment y'all with pics of me kickin' it on the Big Island.

Bill, here is a great little place to eat on the Big Island for breakfast. It is called The Aloha Angel Cafe. Eat on the patio and take in the Geccos who stop by for fresh sugar that you leave on the sill for them...Great food and atmosphere to boot...

I just bought a Nintendo DS Lite for my daughter for her birthday. But do I just go to Wal-Mart and buy her one for $129.88? Oh no... I import her one from Japan that isn't available in the US... one of the new Noble Pink versions.

HA! Nobody in her class will have one of those!

Thanks for the tip, Alan, I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

The pink ones are perfect for girls. If you do get one, better make sure they're compatible with US games and charging.

Off to the airport in an hour...

No, you will want to go out of your way for it, especially if you are going to Captain Cook monument for snorkling. The best snorkling on the island. Unbelievable snorkling...

The manual will be in Japanese (who needs a manual) and the default language is Japanese, I think. But, you can change the language to English and it plays all US games. It says the format is NTSC, so I hope the charger works.

Have Fun!!!!!

Not that many beaches on the Big Island. Mostly volcanic rock. Surf is intense in some spots. Be careful.

Welcome, AZ!

Is that a California Special I see?? You need to start a free PhotoBucket account so you can post more pics of your car for us!

That's the theme I was going to go for... two-tone chin spoiler, hood scoop, side scoops, body side stripe, etc.

But, the shaker kinda set the tone for the Mach 1 style - black chin spoiler, black wing, hood and rocker stripes, etc.

Why don't you have a hood scoop... didn't all the California Specials come with one? (Now that you don't have one, it gives you an excuse to become part of the "Shaker Club"!)
