That's pretty cool! There's quite a bit more foliage now...

What tires did you want to get? This new 27.2" tall tire is strange... they had so many more tires and sizes available for the older 25.6" tall tire on previous Mustangs.

These are the tires I had on the charger , all the way around. If you look at the sizes , they are 70`s , 60`s and 50`s. Thats all they offered back then for hot-roddin, and I thought they were pretty hot! Superior Wheels went out of buisness tho.

I had those on my '89 when I had the 10-Hole rims on (I still have them, just not on the car any more). I see those on a lot of cars at the car shows. Too bad they don't go up to 17"...

(I posted in the Modifications section too)

I made a music video highlighting all the mods I've done.

Mainly because I was bored, but turned out rather cool, so I thought I'd share it!

No delay. When I placed my order last Tuesday(?), Doug said that he was expecting a new shipment on Friday and (hopefully) will ship out that day. It did.

At least I know that I'll be getting the most up to date Xcal2 from SCT.

I know Doug's pretty busy and is multitasking everyday, so I e-mailed him lastnight asking for some type of confirmation that the tunes he put in my Xcal2 is for me. It would suck bigtime if he accidentally programmed someone else's tune in my unit. No resonse yet.

Guess it's all about the trust.

I hate this. It's delaying the install of my new goodies. As well being able to get her all cleaned up so that I can finish up my sig.

Took my car in this morning to get the trunk latch cover replaced and to finally talk with the Service Manager. Guess what ? The Service Manager no longer works for them
The Parts Manager is the intern Service Manager too, until they can hire a new one.
The new guy was very attentive when I was eplaining and showing him everything that happened at my last visit. He asked what he could do to make it right, and I just told him they need to make SURE things like this DON'T happen anymore. That they should use Fender Covers (which floors me that they don't) that the mechanics should treat the cars like their own. NO dirty greasy hands, etc. all over the paint. I gave him some recommendations on removing the Center Caps to keep from damaging the rims.
I don't really know how much of it will make a difference, and I am not after anything other than a pleasant experience when I take my car to be Serviced.
I really don't have the time, space or equipment to do all the maintenenace required and I want to be able to take my car to a place I KNOW will treat my baby right.
I will see how today's events go and if they are good I will try them again at 10k. I'll give them another chance, but if they fail again, who knows what I will do, but I **** sure won't be taking it to them.

Sounds like you got the point across to the new guy in charge, let's hope it sticks.

Loaded 93 torque demolet tune today. (demolet is cai) Well, I believe I just surpassed the performance of my old LS1 in my Trans-Am of 310 HP. Where the 87 tune burns more rubber and I could easily spin out when making a turn from a stop, the 93 tune pulls like a jet. I need a dyno. Feels like 350 HP. I'll wait till Bill dyno's his to get an idea.
