I can wait... I'm just laying tape and finding CL of the hood.
There's 2 hoses back there with that black convoluted tubing over them. I think the cover goes "between" them. So, one ends up outside, and the brake booster hose ends up inside the engine cover.

That's the angle I was looking for.
Why does the cowling protrude right there by the coupling tube? It doesn't look like there is anything there to go over.
