First, welcome to the forum.
Next a little background that will be helpful, since you are new to this: the 2005-2014 model years of the Mustang are also called the "S197" generation or platform or chassis. This means that the basic "platform" or chassis design is pretty much the same for all of these cars. There are some minor differences due to changes and improvements from 2005 to 2014, but the big things are the same. For example they all have the solid rear axle and very similar wheel design and specs.
This means the wheels (and tires) are pretty much interchangeable across all of these cars. So generally a 19" wheel from an S197 Mustang will fit any other S197 Mustang, with two main exceptions that I know of:
1) if you have the "big brakes" (Brembo front calipers) then you need to pick wheels that were designed to clear those big calipers (you generally would not have those big brakes on a base model)
2) the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was different for 2005-2009 versus 2010-2014 cars . . . for you this means you can use TPMS sensors from any 2010-2014 Mustang, but not 2005-2009
When you put different tires on the car from the original size, you need to be aware of three main things:
1) the overall tire diameter -- 19" is the wheel diameter; the original tire diameter on most S197 Mustangs is 27.2" . . . . if you put on a tire that is a different size from original, you want to make sure the tire overall diameter is pretty close to 27.2" ; you can go about 1/2" bigger or smaller with no major issues, but beyond that "all bets are off"
2) wheel/tire width -- we can generally fit up to 285 mm width with no issues, if the wheel offset is correct
3) wheel offset -- this is the measurement from the mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. Any Ford OEM wheel for an S197 Mustang "should" have the correct offset. If you buy aftermarket wheels, you need to make sure they have the correct offset for an S197 Mustang.
So back to your question: yes probably they will fit, if:
1) you use the correct 19" wheel to go with them (a Ford OEM Mustang "take off" wheel is the safest bet)
2) you also check the "aspect ratio" and pick a size that is about 27.2" overall diameter
It also helps to understand how the tire size codes work. I think Tire Rack has a good description of this on their web site. Tire Rack also has real good size information for all of the tires that they sell. You can look up your original tires; then check the size information such as the overall diameter; then look for new tires that are similar.

The 255/40 19 was the stock size on the Performance Package V6 and the Brembo GT so yes it will work. 245/45 19 was the stock size on all the rest with 19 inch wheels on non Brembo cars. Also going from the Base with the 17 inch wheels you will need to install a set of steering stops so you do not hit the inside of the wheel to the control arm.
