These quakes are really something. Just had a 6.6 magnitude just now and three replicas. Power went out almost everywhere on the island. We're allright, but a little scared. Holy cow!

it`s been a hard couple of weeks on the Moon family lately .. i`ve had two older brothers pass away .. one on Christmas day on his birthday . one of the triplets .. one on Friday of last week ..i dont keep in touch with family so one of my nieces has to come and deliver the bad news to me .. i told her i dont want her to come anymore .. someone always dies when she does .. being the youngest of 13 kids most all other brothers and sisters were more like aunts and uncles to me .. i hardly know them and have very few memories growing up .. i`m fine .. just dont want my niece to some tell me i`m dead .. HA !

First of all so sorry for your bad news!
IMHO keeping the only family that WANTS to keep in touch with YOU is the perfect way to end up lonely and detached. I have an uncle and aunt who are the only remaining kin of my dad's side of the family. They have no kids and moved from NJ to NC and do not keep in touch so they are going to pass away and no one will know and he just turned 90.
I have a cousin who lives directly across from his brother (also my cousin) and they do not talk to each other EVER! So choosing loneliness or out of touchness (can't think of the proper word) is YOUR choice that you're going to have to live with. So if you're ok with passing away on your kitchen floor and no one finds you for a month well then all is good! Me personally if you ain't got family (as annoying as they can be at sometimes) you ain't got nothing!

Another big one of 6.0 hit us at 8:55am this morning. This crap is driving us crazy! More buildings on the south region have been severely damaged or totally collapsed previously bad ones. Our house has some new cracks but nothing severe so far at least

Thanks for the good wishes Unfortunately we got 12 replicas in less than 12 hours I've been getting used to them since there's nothing we can do about it. My mom and the dog are the most sensitive to them.

Yes dogs are very sensitive to them my wife lived in California and always had dogs. So she's very familiar with earthquakes as well. My friend lives in Aibonito (sp) and he said that he is ok but it seems as if every home shakes in PR each time a tremor hits.

Well I see that Hoss and Al posted so I guess I have to confirm that rumors of my death are premature. But I am still older than most. I went on Medicare Feb 2019 and start collecting SS payments next month. So all you youngens keep working to support my health & retirement. I sold the Boss May 2017, I got tired of having to jump the battery when I seldom drove it. I hope someone is burning the tires off of it. Built a 1200 sq ft garage in Colorado so I have the itch to buy another Stang to put in it (HA! autocorrect filled in “Stangmahn” when I typed “Stang”).

If if anyone is headed to southern CO send me a pm. We have 8 spare beds and 4 bathrooms looking for occupants. And a beer keg urinal in the garage for the beer guzzlers.

Well I got a 4yr little girl now. Daddy’s girl all day long. Got me wrapped around her finger. Oldest in college. Middle boy high school freshman. I’m stretched pretty thin these days.

Well last week was pretty interesting. More quakes and a meteorite fell at the northern sea. And the discovery of a huge warehouse full of survival stuff that has been stashed away since hurricane Maria and not even after the earthquakes has been given to the people in need. Now another mass movement in protest is in the capital. Trump is right on the statement of our useless/corrupt politicians. It's shamefull. At least the position of emergency response chief was given to the guy who deserved it from the very start, not the moron that was before. This culture has a serious flaw of judging the book by it's cover
