I'm "lucky" we only got 19". More snow on Wednesday and then it looks like we might actually hit 60 next week.

We'd had 80s the last few days, this morning, 35 and snow flurries with a freeze warning tonight and wind advisory for 40 mph gust. Only 36 now.

Tomorrow? 74 and sunny.

I was on vacation last week in South Dakota (Rapid City area for Mt Rushmore, Custer Park, Badlands, etc). I was scheduled to fly out Friday afternoon, but with the approaching storm, the airline put me on the first flight out and it turned out to be the last flight out. So glad I didn't get stuck there. It took an hour to de-ice/anti-ice the plane and clear the runway for that 5:30 am flight.

What's the difference between a Japanese chickpea and a garbanzo bean?

Nobody pays 50 bucks to have a garbanzo bean on their face.

No. Unfortunately, I have to be really nice at work. Especially when I'm on the phone.....and I hate talking on the phone. The lack of phone etiquette from callers drives me crazy. And yet I have to be so dang pleasant to them when they call. Good thing they can't see the look of exasperation on my face while my voice is killing them with f'n kindness
