Having my side of the family's Christmas dinner tonight. Decided to skip the traditional meal and the mess of everybody cooking and got my buddy's BBQ joint to put a big spread together. Pulled pork, ribs, chicken, baked beans, potato wedges, slaw, potato salad, sweet tea. Got to get on the ball, still have stuff to get done and he told me to pick it up around 5.

I never said I didn't eat sugar. I said it's not good for you so I try not to eat a ton of it. I used to have like three cokes a day. Being fat sucks. I'm not ever going back. 
Mix I use has rice flour...there's so much more than wheat. Wheat is just cheap and easy so that's what people use.
