I know, unfortunately a 30 year habit is hard to break. I do consider myself a respectful smoker, I don't smoke in the house (or anyone's house for that matter, even if they smoke) don't smoke in cars, don't smoke around people that don't smoke, and don't smoke in front of kids.

Seriously, you need to get a pair of the Sanuk's with the yoga mat material. I live in flip flops all summer and they are the most comfortable ones I've ever worn.....EVER!
