*hugs* I know I haven't been the best lately but hate seeing my friends all sad 
I think I finally have the hb convinced to move south in a few years. He actually took it upon himself to look at some houses online over the weekend. 
You can live without them. As a matter of fact, always make sure you are self sufficient enough that you can live without them. I hope I've drilled that into my step daughters head enough.

You know, the more I thought about those pics that were posted last night, the more pissed off I got. Not just the sickening factor of them, but the huge breach of trust and invasion of privacy that took place.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that seems highly unethical, maybe even illegal. I don't know about anyone else, but I sure as hell wouldn't want a doctor, nurse, paramedic, etc. taking pictures of parts of my body while I'm incapacitated, let alone posting them on the internet.

He needs to get away from some of his friends and try to get his stuff together. He realizes it though, so that's the first step. Being 1,000 miles away means I don't expect him to visit anytime soon though.

So the wife and kids and I are in the Navigator earlier today cruising the streets of San Antonio. So we come to the light at Huebner and I-10. We are in the left lane to turn but to our right on the corner is a Cadillac dealer. There's a lady looking at a CTS. I say to the wife somebody should tell her that's government motors. My oldest Regan rolls down the back window on the passenger side and yells government motors across the street to the salesman and lady. Then not to be outdone the wife rolls down her window and does the same. The salesman and lady both look up like WTF just happened. 
I just drove away when the light changed.
