I was good too. It's been a little while. I lived six blocks and rode my 8'11" longboard to the beach on my beach cruiser.

My little brother has sponsors and surfs in contests all over the place. He had the nose of the board go into his eye at one on Cali and had to have surgery. He's really good. My stepdad was good too.

I played bass and some guitar in a band but sucked at GH.

I've given up on golf because I don't have anytime to play the game anymore. 4-5 hours is just too long. I don't really miss it. I've for a golf chart that I need to sell now.

That's so awesome!!!! Besides horses it's really the only thing at has come completely natural to me. Plus it's a blast!!! Unfortunately not much but longboards to be used up here. the day after I ha to leave for the fall semester we got the hurricane swell and surfing was so good!!! I was furious!!! Hopefully I'll get to go before basic!

That sounds seriously painful!!!! I've never surfed out there but I hear it's really different from surfing here.

Would love to try surfing. Never been. Except on a surfboard pulled behind a boat. That was before the wakeboard days. Lol

Sweet. My friends dad made his way to Hawaii when he was like 17 and got in with some group that controlled surfing in that area and he was awesome...just seeing pictures of how he use to be is crazy. Better than any I've seen in person.

Got to do some surfing in Hawaii, but I love to snowboard now, even though I don't get to go that often. Nothing like the four+ years I spent in CO!

I'm in the western part near hickory. But I stay with my friends in topsail when I'm not in school. Mustang week was definitely a blast!!!!

oh cool. My family had a big get together in Topsail last summer. Ballin' *** house, 4 floors, pool, like 15 bedrooms, etc.

Nice not to have to walk over shells to get in the ocean!


Must admit though, I'd rather be in the Western part, closer to the mountains! I'd like to settle down in Charlotte. Large city, but not NYC/Chicago/ATL gigantic, plenty of job opportunites, airport (important for what I wanna do), etc.

Sounds like north topsail. There's a bit of a difference but I love it there. My friends own the Jolly Roger Pier there.

Charlotte is a nice place to work out of and the airport is very nice. Matthews is a nice place to live if you work in Charlotte.

And I also quit playing golf because it takes too long and there are too many poseurs out on the course.

Love softball, my sport too. Played all 3 years in high school. Played basketball my first year too, but didn't like it as much.....too much running. And I worked too, and would rather have more money with more hours in my pocket. I was a big tomboy growing up. We didn't have any girls in the neighborhood, so I was always hanging out with the boys. Got my first dirt bike when I was 12.
