The house sits on 2 acres. He's got plenty of trees. Post oaks and live oaks. This is what the back yard looked like after we cleared half the trees out.

They are all small though.

He does have a couple of hundred year old trees in the front. Nothing like your woods but it is a tree.

Went back to the Dodge store today. Drove by 4 times eyeballing it, and couldn't resist. Drove it, it was fantastic. Nowhere near as fast as the 500 but a **** nice cruiser with a lot of grunt. Got talked into the sales office, and that was where it all fell apart. These ****ers stuck to MSRP, and wouldn't budge. I mentioned that I could buy another 500 for thousands below sticker, but they acted unimpressed, like they thought they had something special.

I basically told them to go get ****ed, left my card, and walked out. I'll see if they call back. Not likely from the reception I got. It would have to be around the 42K range for me to bite. I don't see that happening.

****em' if they don't want my business.

They are

Wanting MSRP for a Challenger is like wanting an ADM for a Boss right now. Let it sit and gather dust.

You know, I can't figure out what these people are thinking. Around here it is a status symbol to live in certain neighborhoods. They will build a 4-5 thousand sq/ft house, but want it on a 1/2 acre lot in a subdivision. WTF?

Give me a smaller house on a large lot of land any day. I like privacy, I don't want the rich neighbors to know every time I fart.

Only pic I have is partially complete.
I've looked at those online. A guy down the street (in CO) has a huge one outside his garage. I've never seen smoke comin out of it. It is a big investment. You would have to cook a lot of pizzas before they started costing less than $100 per slice

All they wanted to talk about was financing. I told them unless it was under 1% I wasn't interested. They kept throwing up 4.9%, I told them I would write a check before I would give more than 1%.

My old 2000 Explorer. I hadn't shaved in days, and had on old clothes. I think they thought I was a rogue. Doesn't really matter to me, their loss, not mine. ****'em I guess my money isn't good enough.

Wonder if I cleaned up, and went back in the 500 if things would different? Oh well, tough ****. I may do it just to rub it in their face.

What the heck are they throwing? I've never wanted anything that bad or cared that much about saving 4.00 dollars.

Yes, the 99% are living in abject poverty.
