Best pizza is the wood fired oven type. Have a place where I live that has a coal fired pizza oven, it will reach 1,000 F. They get the coal from PA. Outdoor pizza oven is on my wish list for the dream house (plus the Barbie Mustang)

That irritates me too. When I was a kid, there were multiple locally owned pizza/beer joints that had excellent Italian food. As I got older they kept disappearing, until there was nothing left but Pizza Hut, and other chains.

Building one inside the kitchen of a house right now. Google Forno Bravio. We are using the Casa Grande. They have 4 sizes and we are using the second smallest. G90 I think. I researched the heck out of it as this is inside a home.
