I've been through Western NC, but never to TN. We went on a quick weekend trip when we got married in NC and went to Asheville to Lake Lure and the Biltmore. My in-laws live not too far from Boone and Blowing Rock, so I've been there several times. Oh, and Grandfather Mountain once. I don't think my hubby really wants to go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, so we may end up making it a girls trip (which is fine by me!)

So Lee, if you have any input on best area to stay or "must see" places to go or restaurants, let me know.

So glad this hectic week at work is over! Enjoying a well deserved drink. Now if only it would stop raining. But glad we finally put a roof over the patio so at least I can still enjoy it. It's pretty peaceful just sitting here listening to the never ending rain.

That looks great! It's rained here everyday for weeks, due to rain everyday for at least the next 15 days.

So this how we ball in Amish country! This gentleman had his '05 GT serviced today and then took his '18 GT home along with his two new Raptor 'work' trucks. :Lee:

I knew it was only a matter of time since it has been looking so wavy for a while

Pull the panel and use a 2-part epoxy to reattach it. I did that to my nephew's 2007 GT a couple of years ago. Still looks good.
I YouTubed the door panel removal because I wanted to make sure I found all of the hidden screws before prying the panel off. I would have missed the one behind the door opener/lock assembly. A metal panel lines the back of it that you have to pop out to access the screw.

I found a video that used 3M Super Trim Adhesive spray that I was going to try. No removal of the panel was necessary. Just taped off to avoid any overspray Looked easy enough to give it a try.
