Mustang for a dog

Interesting idea. I personally wouldn't have taken the car, I would've just wanted to see the dog back with his family, but hey, the world's not the same place it was years ago. More and more people are all about what they get, instead of helping others.

Yeah that's just wrong. If it was someone wealthy or someone that had several cars I might take it.

I wouldn't have taken it either. I would feel horribly guilty, and would just be happy knowing I did the right thing!

You've gotta be ****tin' me...

Even IF the car got offered up as a reward, I'd still see that as a joke! I might take it for a fun spin or something, but other then that I wouldn't take it.

Not sure where I stand on the subject.

A dog is a pet. A family car provides vital transportation for the owner (and in this case, her kids).

Although noble of her, a $1000 cash reward, no questions asked, probably would've yielded the return of the pup.

She tried $500 cash first, but didn't get any response, which is when she upped the reward to her car.

Saw that, that's why I though maybe a grand would do it. It's just that a jump from $500 to a car was pretty huge, on anyone's budget.

I'll just bet the person knew how far she'd go and just maybe did it for that reason if he took the car ? Now watch does someone see this feel bad and get her a new one !

one of the reports in new york - said the car was worth $20,000.

And now the guy who has the car is reportedly trying to sell it for that much.

20k. I DONT THINK SO.

That is exactly how I feel.
If somebody has lots of cars or the means to buy more I would take the car.
A family like that, I would have returned the dog with food and treats.

I wouldnt be surprised if that was the same dirtbag that may have made the dog go "missing" - thats just my opinion about it.

Guy's an asshat for taking her up on her offer. Even the $500 was too much to take.
Shame on that guy.
