Are you from NC? I've lived here all my life and I've never been to the beach. We've always went to Myrtle. Last year Myrtle was so nasty, I don't want to go back. I guess it's a sign I'm getting old

 

Im in the military and was stationed at Va Beach we lived near Knotts Island would take the ferry across to go play. On horses I saw on the beach were the old Spanish ones decedents from the old explorers. Wife got a big kick out of that. You might go to Rodanthea and get a pic with the house used in the movie

 

That's awesome. I got a travel guide and I can't believe all the stuff there is to do. I would like to see the horses, the Wright Bros memorial, cape hatters, that house, the graveyard of the Atlantic, and it seems like I read something about Blackbeard. If I can talk my husband into it, I'd like to learn to fly one of those big kites too.

 

you're in NC ? Come down to Daytona in November for the muscle car week and take a picture over here at the beach, the sand is like a rock so you will be completely fine, plus it's soooo fun.

 

Daytona, that's a lot of miles on my car. I haven't planned on taking it out of NC. I bet it is fun. I want to take a hot pic with my car tho. I'll think about it. Wonder how many miles that is. Think I'll google it. Thanks

 

Well if you have a friend with a truck, trailer it here and you put no miles on it
haha thats why i partially go there, for pictures! Gotta lug my DSLR and lenses around though.
No problem though!

Sorry, just read your sig. It seemed like it took forever after I ordered mine. The salesman lost my phone number so it was on the lot for a week. I got tired of waiting and went to the dealer. As soon as I get out of my car, a guy said your car is back there, been here a week. Wtf?!? I was mad till I seen it
