You thought last week's poll was tough!

I know you dont want competition from a REAL engine, so I can see why it isnt in the poll.
Cleveland? Isn't that a truck engine????
J/K. I've owned a 70 351C-4V (Cougar). Sweet motor - 11:1 300hp. And, some will argue that the 71 Boss 351 is the fatest *EDIT - FASTEST vintage production mustang....

This one was easy for me. Though I don't own one (yet), it is hard to beat the modability and potential of the 5.0 EFI. That said, the '93 Cobra was just about the best stock version of it, so there ya go.
Wasn't the 71 Boss a 351 Cleveland? That was one of the best performing engines...
My pick isn't on here either Brad.
Its really hard to be able to list EVERYSINGLE engine so it's no biggie (So i'm not complaining!!)
Anyways I'll say what it was..According to Randy Leffingwell, SOME of the 1967 Shelby GT 500's had 427s in them..They had 428Cjs as well, but I think a small amount of them had 427s. The 1968 apperently had it as well...In 1968, only about 50 GT 500s had 427s in them.
Here are quotes:
Talking about the 1967 GT 500: "...and in some limitied sases, even the 427 cubic-inch engines were available."
Talking about 1968 GT 500: "In addition to the 302-powered GT350's, the 427-now quieted by hydralic lifters and fitted with the Holley 600 cfm carburetor to deliver 400 horsepower at 5,600rpm- was available for the GT 500."
