Anyone seen the latest Eagle One Wet Car Wax commercial where they have two guys waxing their cars?

The First Guy is Fat, Balding, and Ugly (almost Downsydrome looking) waxing a Dingy/Black MUSTANG with a weed whacker or something, just looking moronic!

The Second Guy is skinny, somewhat handsome (or so my girlfriend says) and has a full head of hair. He's waxing, in a smartly portrayed way I might add, an Ultra bright Red Volkswagen Jetta!

um... WTH???? :scratch:

Is Eagle One trying to tell us something? Is this how they see Mustang Owners or all American Car owners for that matter? Why couldn't the dumb guy be waxing the Jetta?

Oh yes, and for anyone whose going say... "hey man - your making too much of it" or "Don't get your panties in a bunch" or even "Dude, your weird" LOL, well I'm sorry! I am becoming increasingly aware of subliminal messaging thanks to a buddy of mine who's studding Advertising in College (and maybe I'm paranoid? :shock: ) and since I am an avid Mustang Fan I felt compelled to say something! LOL

 

Eagle One has had a Saleen in their commercials and on their products for years.

Put the remote down slowly and back away from the sofa.
